SOLDIERS ENLIGHTEN ON STRESS MANAGEMENT

Coincide with the routine training day programme, the Headquarters of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force organized a lecture at the Headquarters premises on 06 August 2025 under the guidelines of Major General K V N P Premaratne RSP USP nps psc, the Commandant, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force .

A thematic lecture on “stress”, which is a common implication of contemporary scenario conducted by Lieutenant Colonel M G A Priyankara NCC who is performing duties as the Staff Officer 2 (Administration) of Headquarter Battalion of the Headquarters of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force. He elaborated how to achieve success in personal and professional life through stress management and introduced stress relaxation techniques to imprint the essence of the lecture to the troops .

Approaching the conclusion of the lecture, he interacted with the audience, answering their questions in a brief Q and A session. A gathering of senior officers, officers and other ranks attended the lecture..
