THE COLONEL COMMANDANT OF SRI LANKA ARMY SERVICE CORPS COMMENDS NOTABALE SERVICE OF RETIRING SENIOR OFFICERS

The Regimental Centre of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps held a Colonel Commandant's Call-On Ceremony on 02 January 2026 to pay tribute to retiring senior officers; Lieutenant Colonel HK Liyanarachchi RSP psc SLASC and Lieutenant Colonel GRK Philippuarachchi Lsc SLASC, prior to their retirement form the Sri Lanka Army.

As part of the rich traditions of the Regiment, this dignified occasion was organized to honour the retiring senior officers, express gratitude for their service, and appreciate the excellent contributions rendered to the SLASC, the Sri Lanka Army, and the country.

During the ceremony, the Adjutant General of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps, Major General KTP de Silva RSP ndu psc, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the retiring senior officers for their invaluable service. He also wished them health, happiness, and success in their future endeavors with their loved ones.

The senior officers and officers of Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Regimental Centre attended the ceremony to pay tribute to the legacy of the retiring senior officers.
