DISTRIBUTION OF DRY RATION PACKS/FIRST AID KITS TO IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS OF OTHER RANKS AND CIVILIAN STAFF OF 6 SLASC SUFFERING FROM SERIOUS ILLNESSES, AND PROVIDING SCHOOL BOOKS AND SUPPLIES TO THEIR CHILDREN

According to the 2025 annual programme of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch, the 6th Sri Lanka Army Service Corps distributed dry ration packs/first aid kits to the immediate family members of Other Ranks and Civilian Staff of the unit and its affiliated squadrons who are suffering from serious illnesses. In addition, school books and school supplies were provided to the children who excelled in examinations.

This event was held on 15 November 2025 at the 3 SLASC Thissawewa Camp with the participation of the Honourable Chairperson of the SLASC Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs. Ajantha de Silva.

Members of the Seva Vanitha Branch, Senior Officers, and Officers participated in the event, which was successfully concluded.
