SLASC TROOPS BID FAREWELL TO OUTGOING CENTRE COMMANDANT

Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (SLASC) held a formal ceremony to bid farewell to Brigadier N A S N Nanumiarachchi, Bid Farewell to Outgoing 21th Centre Commandant of the SLASC on 30 September 2024 at the Regimental Centre SLASC.

In line with military traditions, the outgoing Centre Commandant was accorded a Guard Turnout and a Ceremonial Parade. Following this, the Senior Officer addressed Officers and Other Ranks and then participated in All-Ranks tea.

The occasion ended with a Farewell Dinner at the Regimental Headquarters Officer's Mess, where outgoing Centre Commandant expressed his deep gratitude for the support received throughout his career. Mrs. Niroma Vithanage, outgoing Secretary of SLASC Seva Vanitha Branch, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks also participated in the event.
