MEMBERS OF THE SLASC – SVB VISIT MIHINDU SETH MADURA ATHTHIDIYA

The Sri Lanka Army Service Corps – Seva Vanitha Branch visited the Mihindu Seth Madura, Aththidiya, on 16 August 2025 with the intention of inquiring into the well-being of war heroes undergoing recuperation and rehabilitation at the premises.

The visit was conducted under the guidance of Mrs. Ajantha De Silva, Chairperson of the SLASC–SVB. Members of the SLASC–SVB had a cordial interaction with the resident war heroes. During the interaction, they also distributed gift packs among the residents and essential items to the wellness resort.

Afterwards, the visitors offered lunch to the inmates. Subsequently, a musical event was organized to uplift the spirits of the war heroes, providing them with moments of joy and relaxation.

Members of the SLASC–SVB, Senior Officers and Officers were attended for the visit.
