DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOOL BOOKS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR THE CHILDREN OF OTHER RANKS AND CIVIL EMPLOYEES SERVING AT THE RHQ SLASC & 1 SLASC

As another welfare initiative organized under the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch annual programmes for the year 2025, a ceremony to distribute school books and school supplies for the children of Other Ranks and Civil Employees serving at the Regimental Headquarters and the 1st Sri Lanka Army Service Corps was held on 27 October 2025 at the Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda.

The event was graced by Hon. President of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs. Ajantha de Silva. Also, Mrs. Amarapali Batuwanthudawa along with a number of senior members of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch, were participated to the event.

The Commander, Logistics Command (SFHQ West) Major General HAM Premaratne ndc psc Lsc, Centre Commandant Brigadier DPK Gamage RSP USP psc ptsc and several Senior Officers, also attended to the event. The programme was successfully concluded with the active participation and support of all attendees.
