COLONEL COMMANDANT OF SLASC VISITS 3 SLASC & ASC SCHOOL

Major General KTP de Silva RSP ndu psc, the Adjutant General of the Sri Lanka Army Headquarters and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (SLASC), paid an official visit to the 3rd Regiment, Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (3 SLASC) and ASC School on 01 August 2025.

In keeping with military traditions, he was accorded a ceremonial Guard Turnout by the troops of the 3rd Regiment, Sri Lanka Army Service Corps and commemorative proceedings were held at the War Heroes’ Monument. Thereafter, he visited ASC School premises and accorded a Guard Turnout and planted a Sapling. Finally, he addressed the troops on importance of the “Clean Sri Lanka” programme in promoting sustainability, ethics and dedicated service, emphasizing the important role of soldiers and the military in supporting to national efforts.
