CONDUCTED A LECTURE ON "HUMAN FACTORS IN HEALTH CARE"

Under the guidance of the Director Training - Army Headquarters and with the close supervision of Centre Commandant, the Regimental Centre Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps conducted a valuable lecture on "Human Factors in Health Care."

The session featured Mr. Senarath Jayasekara, who currently serves as the Regional President & Managing Director in a German–Australian Conglomerate and as a Visiting Lecturer and Instructor in International Security, Aviation, Human Factors, and Crew Resource Management.

A total of 60 officers participated in the session. They were provided a valuable opportunity to attend the theoretical lecture, which concluded with a Q&A session.
