Brigadier A P A D D Dharmakeerthi RWP RSP USP psc ptsc conducted an official visit to 2(V) Regiment of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps on 5 August 2025.
The day unfolded with military precision, featuring a drive pass, a comprehensive briefing by Commanding Officer, a group photograph to capture the moment, a troop address, and an informative camp premises tour, providing a firsthand look into the administration and logistics aspects of the regiment.
Centre Commandant, in his noteworthy speech, highlighted the responsibility and obligation of all officers and other ranks to maintain a high standard of discipline in order to safeguard the reputation of the Medical Corps as well as the Army. Further, Centre Commandant highlighted the requirement of having a master plan for any military base.
Finally, the Centre Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps has concluded his visit by signing the visitors’ book.
Senior officers and officers of the Regimental Centre staff also took part in the visit.
