Newly Appointed Logistic Commander of SF HQ (West), Maj Gen HAM Premaratne ndc psc Lsc paid an official visit to 1 SLAMC on 25 June 2025, marking the first battalion visit following assuming duties. Upon arrival, he was accorded a drive pass and warmly welcomed by the officiating Commanding Officer 1 SLAMC.
Following this, the commanding officer delivered a comprehensive briefing on the battalion followed by a visit inside the unit. Subsequently, the Logistic Commander of SF HQ (West) addressed the troops and concluded his visit by signing the visitor’s book.
