Lieutenant Colonel W.S.N. Fernando USP, Senior Dental Officer, took up his duties as the new Commanding Officer of the Level 1 Dental Institute, Army Base Hospital (Panagoda), giving priority to religious observances.
The Director of the Army Dental Services, Brigadier S. K. Weerakoon USP and all the staff of this dental institute were present on this occasion.
