Brigadier A P A D D Dharmakeerthi RWP RSP USP psc ptsc conducted an official visit to the 1st Regiment of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps on 12 August 2025.
The programme commenced with a ceremonial drive-pass, followed by a comprehensive briefing by the Commanding Officer. A group photograph was taken to mark the occasion, after which the Centre Commandant addressed the troops and visited the camp premises, offering a firsthand insight into the administrative and logistical operations of the regiment.
In his address, the Centre Commandant emphasised the duty and responsibility of all officers and other ranks to uphold the highest standards of discipline, thereby safeguarding the reputation of both the Medical Corps and the Sri Lanka Army. At the conclusion of the visit, the Centre Commandant signed the visitor’s book. The Commanding Officer then presented a commemorative photograph of the visit.
