New Infrastructure Inaugurated at the RC - SLSR Enhancing Welfare and Training Facilities

Under the visionary concept of the Colonel of the Regiment of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR), Major General JKR Jayakody RWP USP, and the close supervision of the Centre Commandant of SLSR, Brigadier HAI Perera RWP RSP USP ndc, the construction of a vehicle park and a modern training building complex was successfully completed and inaugurated on 19 June 2025.

The newly constructed vehicle park, dedicated to the welfare of the soldiers, provides enhanced convenience and infrastructure support, while the training building complex aims to further strengthen the training capabilities of the SLSR by offering improved facilities.

This step marks a significant step forward in the on-going efforts to uplift the operational readiness and well-being of SLSR personnel.
