SLSR Troops Educated on Vocational Training

An awareness programme was held on 03 March 2022 on Vocational Training for the troops serving in Headquarter Battalion at the main auditorium of the Regimental Centre, the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, Ambepussa.

The programme was conducted with the intention of educating the handicapped Army personnel on the importance of receiving Vocational Training, prior to their retirement from the active service.

The awareness programme was organized by the troops of Headquarter Battalion with the supervision of the Commanding Officer Headquarter Battalion, RC SLSR, Major Kamal Ganarathna. 05 Officers and 50 Other Ranks attended the lecture. Lieutenant Colonel T. L. P. De Silva, Senior Course Coordinating Officer at Ranaviru Resource Centre and his Staff conducted the lectures.
