Major General Kithsiri Liyanage, Commander Security Force (West) and Colonel of the Regiment Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) visited Regimental Centre on 22 January 2022 (Saturday) with the objective of monitoring and assessing the progress of the new Corporals’ Club building, new Cricket turf, War heroes’ Monument and Flag posts under construction at the Regimental Centre Ambepussa.
The initiative was taken for those constructions by the Colonel of the Regiment with the intention of expanding the facilities for the Officers and the Other Rankers to ensure the physical and mental wellbeing of the soldiers.
