Senior Lecturer Dr. Chandrika Rajapaksha conducted a lecture on 'Event Management & Motivation' on 30 December 2021, in line with Wednesday training programme at Headquarters 16 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR).
With the instructions of Major S M S Sooriyabandara, the Commanding Officer 16 SLSR organized the workshop introducing innovative approaches to groom the soldiers with discipline, integrity and develop their attitudes in order to improve working efficiency towards and in the organization.
The techniques of handling/ managing situations and enhancing the thinking capacity of the soldiers were deeply discussed during the workshop and practical sessions.
Officers and Other Ranks of 56 Infantry Division, 561 Infantry Brigade and 17 (Volunteer) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment participated in the workshop.
