COLONEL OF THE REGIMENT VISITED THE UNDER COMMAND BATTALIONS OF SRI LANKA SINHA REGIMENT

The Colonel of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, Major General Manoj Mudannayake RSP USP marked his formal visit of battalions as 2nd Volunteer Battalion and 8th Battalion of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment on 05th and 06th December 2019.

Commanding officers of both battalions warmly welcomed the Colonel of the regiment and continued with the military formalities with Guard Turnout followed by Group Photograph, CO’s briefing, Troop Address, Tea Party with All Ranks, Planting of sapling and Lunch at the Officers’ Mess in customary manner.

Towards the end of the day’s proceedings, The Colonel of the Regiment placed his signature in the Visitors’ book and expressed gratitude for both battalions.
