ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR STAFF ASSISTANT OF BOC SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED

On request of Bank of Ceylon Authority Sri Lanka Army take over the orientation Programme for over 1700 newly recruited Staff Assistance of Bank of Ceylon. Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment also accommodated 406 trainees of this programme along with other four training establishment from 03 Sep 2018 to 09 Sep 2018 at Regimental Centre, Ambepussa.

Programme was included with Leadership, Team Building, Confidence Development, Physical Training, Social Etiquettes, Entertainment events such as Hiking, Camp fire, Musical events, Swimming with natural environment and Theoretical Lectures.

Mr K.E.D Sumanasiri Deputy General Manager Bank of Ceylon and Centre Commandant Brigadier Ajith Pallawela graced the Opening Ceremony with Dhamma Vijewardane AGM (HR) Bank of Ceylon, Brigadier Lalantha Gamage (Retd) Head of Security Bank of Ceylon, Deputy Commandant Colonel Anil Perera and Staff Officers of Regimental Centre.

Programme was successfully completed with the good comments of participants as well as bank officials.
