Troops of 11 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment distributed 116 dry ration packs to selected needy families at 99C Sinnawatta GS Division, Batticaloa on 15 July 2022 with the sponsorship of Mr.Suranga Pushpakumara and Foreign based Philanthropist during a simple ceremony held at Sinnawatta Sri Pantharama Temple.
Each dry ration pack contained rice, dhal, sugar, tea packets and other essentials each pack valuing more than Rs.6000.00.
Major Udaya Kumara, Commanding Officer 11 (V) SLSR, Officers, Other ranks and villagers participated in the occasion.
