Under the supervision of the Colonel of the Regiment Major General M Mudannayake RSP USP and guidance of the President Sinha Seva Vanitha unit Mrs. Priyamali Mudannayake, 3 days residential education programme under topic of “Child Empowering for future leaders” was conducted by psychologist consultant Mr. Chandana Gunawardane covering under mention topics
Identifying present Situation, Life Management Situation, Self-built Barriers, Team Building & Leadership Training, Relationship management Techniques, Public Speaking & presentations Skills, Soft Skills, Technical Skills, Spiritual Skills & Management Skills, Developing key values & Developing Leadership Character
The programme was commenced from 28 December 2019 with the participation of 49 Young Cougars. The President Sinha Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs. Priyamali Mudannayake, secretory of Sinha Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Padmini Pallawela, Senior Officers, proud Parents of Young Cougars participated for the inauguration ceremony, closing ceremony and certificate awarding ceremony.
