Two Special lectures on ‘prevention of drug abuses’ and ‘Anthurium farming’ were conducted for the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment troops on 25 th January 2023 at the regimental centre auditorium in Ambepussa.
The lecture on drug abuses was conducted by Chief inspector Gamini Jayarathna, Officer in charge of Mirigama police station and the lecture on Anthurium farming was conducted by Mrs TeclaSajiwi Biyagama, Agriculture officer, Mirigama and her associates.
160 plus troops attend these lectures with much enthusiasm. the sessions were organized by the headquarters Battalion of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment under the direction of the regimental centre with the supervision of their Commanding officer.
