Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment emerged as runner-ups at inter regiment karate championship 2022 held at the Army indoor stadium Panagoda during 10-13 January.
19 regiments competed for this year’s championship and SLSR players bagged 06 Gold, 11 Silver and 21 Bronze medals.
Major General Anil Illangakoon, Chairman Army Karate Committee graced the final awarding ceremony as the chief guest.
Brigadier Nishantha Muthumala, Centre Commandant SLSR together with a few senior officers also attends the venue.
