Officer Cadets under training at Diyatalawa Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) (Intake-85,86) made a field visit to the Regimental Center Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment on Friday (09) as part of their familiarization component in the syllabus.
The Center Commandant Brig A P Pallawela RWP RSP and Staff Officers’ of the Regimental Centre welcomed the visiting Cadet Officers and Officer Instructors.
A brief presentation was conducted by Lt Col W L A C Perera RWP RSP USP on the directions of Col of The Regiment, Major General A P de Z Wickramaratne RWP ndu psc in light of the history and the function of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment.
61 Officer Cadets, 5 Course Officers and 18 members of the Other Rank Instructors joined the tour to the Sinha Regiment Ambepussa.
Before their departure, the Officer Cadets presented a memento to Brig A P Pallawela RWP RSP, The Centre Commandant, as a token of memory of the visit.
