SINHA TROOPS EMPLOY IN \'VESAK\' COMMEMORATIVE PROGRAMMES
On the full moon day (3), Sinha troops actively engaged in Vesak programmes including Bodhi Poojas, Vesak Zone including colourful vesak lanterns, Dansela and Bhakthi Gee at Regtl centre Ambepussa.\r\n\r\nThe inaugural opening of the exhibition of vesak lanterns and the Dansela was attended by the Centre Commandant, Brigadier BAL Ratnayake, accompanied by Deputy Centre Commandant, Col PASP Wijayagunathilaka and other officers.\r\n\r\nBoth the Dansela and the display of Vesak zone at the Regtl centre up to Wardhanaramaya temple near to camp, during May 3, 4 and 5 drew a huge gathering of civilians who are interested in sight-seeing during the Vesak.
