The honourable president of the Sinha Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs. Omila Jayawardena and members of the Seva Vanitha Branch visited the Abhimansala 1 Wellness Centre – Anuradhapura to inspect about the wellbeing of the inmates on 26 November 2022.
During this visit, Mrs. Omila Jayawardena and other senior members of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch interacted with the inmates of the wellness centre who are been undergoing on treatments while offering gift packs.
Simultaneously, the session was entertained by the calypso group while singing songs with inmates and the programme was conducted with the blessings of Major General Priyantha Jayawardene, Colonel of the Regiment Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment.
At the end of the visit, the Chairwoman of Sinha Seva Vanitha Branch offered a stock of emergency lights and a set of towel racks to the Wellness Centre.
Senior Officers including the Centre Commandant SLSR Brigadier Nishantha Muthumala, Commanding Officer Headquarters battalion SLSR, Officers and Other Ranks were attended to the visit.
