The Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Seva Vanitha Unit visited Abhimansala at Anuradhapuraya on 21.10.2018 and offered a lunch and donated CFL bulbs, Rs. 5499.00 worth of Torstar and valuable gift pack for 31 war heroes to uplift their living conditions. Before the main event, concurrently another series of events were held in front of Jayasirimaha Bodhi and Ruwanwali Maha Seya the day before.
The President of the Sinha Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs Shiromi Masakorala along with members, Centre Commandant Brigadier Ajith Pallawela and staff of Sinha Seva Vanitha Unit participated for the event and they interacted with war heroes during the session. The music session and Comedy Show organized by the Sinha Seva Vanitha Unit allowed inmates to enjoy with them.
