The 40th Annual General meeting (AGM) of Ex-Servicemen Association was held at Regimental Centre Ambepussa on 17 March 2019 with the participation of Maj Gen Hemantha Kulathunga (retd) and Newly Promoted Maj Gen GWDK Jayatilaka and invited retired senior officers and other ranks.
The President of Sinha Ex-Servicemen Association Colonel Hillary Vjerathna welcomed all the invitees and start the event with lighting of the oil lamp. During the event president, secretary and several other main appointment holders of association were elected. As well few amendments of constitution were done by the members.
Maj Gen H Kulathunga who is recently retired from active services were appreciated for the services he render to the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment and newly promoted Maj Gen GWDK Jayatilaka were also felicitated by all members of Ex-Servicemen association.
