Second Phase of Bee-keeping workshop conducted at RC SLSR

Troops of Regimental Centre, Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (RC SLSR) organized a workshop to educate the soldiers on ‘Bee-Keeping’ on 29 July 2022 following the guidelines and the instructions of Major General Priyantha Jayawardena, Commander, Security Force – East and Colonel of the Regiment SLSR.

Mr. Thushara Mahinda Wijesinghe, Chairman and Chief Technician of the 'Bingu Resource Protection Organization' conducted the awareness sessions on beekeeping.

More than 35 Other Ranks from the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment representing all the battalions and the Regimental Centre participated in the workshop.

Brigadier Nishantha Muthumala, Centre Commandant RC SLSR closely supervised and instructed to provide the necessary assistance for the workshop.
