RETIRING MAJOR GENERAL RAAA PERERA RSP ACCORDED MILITARY SALUTE
Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment bid farewell to its outgoing Major General RAAA Perera RSP who promoted to the Rank of Major General after rending a valuble service to the Sri Lanka Army. Ceremony was held in its customary way at the Regimental Headquarters, Ambepussa.
The Commencement of the ceremony marked by All Regular and Volunteer Units accorded the Guard Turnout and tea party at WO\'s & Sgt\'s Mess and planting a tree sapling in customary manner.
The day\'s event also textured with the farewell lunch hosted in honour of the outgoing Major General by all officers of the Regiment at the Officers Mess.
