The "Lions Victoria View" Officers' Holiday Bungalow was ceremonially opened by Brigadier Ajith Pallawela RWP RSP, the Centre Commandant of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, on 10 December 2019 with the invitation of Major RRS Dehigala, the Commanding Officer of 5(v) SLSR.
The "Lions Victoria View" Officers' Holiday Bungalow was constructed by 5(v) SLSR at Maberiyatenna, Digana as a welfare project to provide accommodation for Officers.
