Newly elevated senior Noncommissioned officers of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) received their new ranks from Brigadier Nishantha Muthumala, Centre Commandant of SLSR this morning (6).
116 Noncommissioned officers of the regiment received this promotion bonanza in line with the 75th National Independence day Commemoration.
The Centre Commandant conveys the necessary instructions together with congratulations to the new rankers on behalf of the Colonel of the Regiment Major General Priyantha Jayawardena, after they adorn new insignias.
A few senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks attend the venue.
