New Colonel of the Regiment Chairs 1st COs’ Meeting at RC SLSR

Major General Kithsiri Liyanage, Colonel of the Regiment SLSR and General Officer Commanding 11 Division (GOC) attended his debut Commanding Officers’ (COs) Conference organized by the Regimental Centre, Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (RC SLSR) at Ambepussa on 10th December 2021.

During the Conference, the Colonel of the Regiment addressing the participants stated that his new strategies for the development of the Sinha Regiment. Further, he briefed in his opening statement that he would send his new policies and strategies which improve the standard of the soldiers.

Similarly, he paid attention to the views of all COs with regarded to the necessary welfare strategies in respective formations. All attendees presented their views during an interaction.

At the end of the day Colonel of the Regiment highlighted a few points related to training modules. He mentioned that the implementation of cohesiveness through the training will give sound knowledge to the officers and the soldiers.

Centre Commandant, RC SLSR, Staff Officers at the RC SLSR, and all the Commanding Officers of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment participated in the conference.
