LIONS SHINE AT INTER REGIMENT COMBAT FIRING MEET - 2016
The Inter Regiment Combat Firing Meet - 2016 organized by Army Small Arms Association & MSTS was held from 22 August to 31 August 2016 at Diyathalawa firing range.
Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) clinched the overall championship beating 19 Regiments & the Prize Awarding Ceremony was held on 31 August. Major General KJ Alwis RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc Commander - Army Training Command graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and distributed gifts and certificates to the winners.
