An Awareness Programme for Administrative Assistants on Duties and Office Procedures was conducted at Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment

An Awareness Programme for Administrative Assistants on Duties and Office Procedures was conducted on 29 April 2026 at the Regimental Centre of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment with the participation of clerks representing all branches of the regimental centre.

The programme was organized with the objective of enhancing the professional knowledge, administrative competencies, and practical understanding of clerical duties among administrative personnel. A total of 104 clerks participated in the programme, which was conducted under the guidance of the Master General Ordnance and the Colonel of the Regiment, Major General AMC Abeykoon RWP RSP USP ndc.

The lecture was delivered by Capt (QM) Anura Kusumsiri (Retd), a highly dedicated officer who rendered exemplary service during both his active military career and post-retirement period. During the session, he clearly explained the proper execution of clerical duties, administrative procedures, and the importance of professionalism and efficiency in office management.

At the conclusion of the programme, a token of appreciation was presented to the lecturer in recognition of his valuable contribution and dedicated service towards enhancing the knowledge and professional standards of clerical staff.
