The Championship of the Inter Battalion Football Tournament - 2023, held at Weber Ground Baticaloa on 17 December 2023, was claimed by the players of the 11 (Volunteer) Battalion of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment while the players from the 16 Battalion of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment secured the runner-up.
