THE NEWLY APPOINTED COMMANDING OFFICER OF 16 SLNG ASSUMES OFFICE

Major RP De Zoysa SLNG assumed duties as the 12th Commanding Officer of 16th Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard on Saturday (09). A brief ceremony was held which included religious observances and Troops Address.

The Commander of the Army and also the Colonel of the Regiment and all Officers of the Regiment extended their warm wishes to newly appointed Commanding officer and wished him for a healthy, wealthy and prosperous life.
