The Officers' Training Day of 2022 was organized to refresh and enhance the knowledge of the officers of Sri Lanka National Guard, was successfully held on 26th October 2022 at the Regiment Centre.
The training day was conducted under the guidance of Commander of The Army as well as the Colonel of the Regiment Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu and the Centre Commandant supervise the training day programme.
The morning PT parade conducted as the first itinerary of the day, after that the officers attend for the lecture on Instruction for Maintaining Proper Administration and Discipline Through Training in Battalions conducted by Centre Commandant SLNG - Colonel HA Keerthinatha RSP KSP psc.
After that Dr. Asantha Senavirathne, senior lecture of Sir John Kothalawala Defence University delivered a lecture on Global impact on War in Ukraine and he shared his knowledge with SLNG officers.
The Centre Commandant, Council members, Senior Officers and all together 120 Officers participated under the health guidelines issued by AHQ.
