VISIT TO 3RD BATTALION SRI LANKA NATIONAL GUARD

The deputy Chief of Staff and Colonel of the Regiment Sri Lanka National Guard Major General HRN Fernando RSP ndc made his official visit to 3rd Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard at Kawanthissapura -Katharagamaon 31 July 2020

Colonel of the Regiment was accorded with a guard turnout with military formalities at the entrance and warmly welcomed by Commanding Officer Maj HMLB Samarakoon SLNG.

Afterwards, Colonel of the Regiment planted a sapling of a mango tree and he declared open the newly constructed building of Other Ranks accommodation to mark his visit. Subsequently, Colonel of the Regiment addressed the troops of the Battalion.Finally Commanding Officer briefed on administration process of 3 SLNG.
