The SLNG Regimental Council Meeting for the 1st quarter of year 2017 Was held on 17 March 2017 at the Auditorium – Regimental centre under the patronage of Major General A P De Z Wickramaratne RWP ndu psc, the Colonel of the Regiment.
Special concern was paid at elevation of Regimental standards streamlining the functionalities of the Regiment with the aegis of far-sighted leadership of the Colonel of the Regiment, during the meeting.
During the discussions which was attended by all council members, preparation of officers for competitive selection examination, conduct of regimental functions and infrastructure improvemt were also deliberated.
