250 Recruits Passing out parade held on 08th August 2015 at Training School Henanigala.
Two hundred and fifty new recruits who recently joined the Sri Lanka National Guard Regiment (SLNG) for general duties passed out in a smart parade upon completion of the six-month long basic recruit training at the Training School, Hennanigala after a ceremony on Saturday (08).\r\nThe military formalities and the ceremonial pass out parade, assumed the form of a coloured by displays in physical training, band playing, etc amidst a large gathering of parents, relatives and friends.\r\nColonel SB Kohona, Commandant - VFTS (Diyathlawa) took part in the ceremony as the Chief Guest. \r\nSenior officers, officers, other ranks and parents, relatives and friends of newly recruit soldiers participated in the ceremony.
