The one million worth price money awarded to the SLNG regimental PACES team for being the Champions was given away to the team members on the directions of Lt Gen Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu Commander of the Army and SLNG Col of the Regiment.
The Champion team was awarded Rs. One million at the Inter Regiment PACES competition prize awarding ceremony of year 2022 for their historic victory.
On behalf of the Colonel of the Regiment, Centre Commandant of the Sri Lanka National Guard Brigadier HA Keerthinatha RSP KSP psc admired the performance of SLNG Regimental PACES team who are retaining the title as present Army PACES Champions by presenting the price awards for all the team members as well as coaches during a brief ceremony held at Sri Lanka National Guard Regimental Centre on 09 Feb 2023.The Deputy Centre Commandant and Regimental Staff attended for this briefed ceremony.
