Sri Lanka National Guard - Seva Vanitha Unit (SLNG - SVU) headed by Mrs Shirani Rajaguru, Chairperson, SLNG-SVU organized the monthly visit to the ‘Abhimansala 3’ at Pangolla with a view to inquiring into the well-being of the inmates on Sunday (18).
During the visit, 41 inmates at the ‘Abhimansala 3’ were entertained to a delicious lunch and presented with gift vouchers each to the value of Rs 2000/=.
In addition, a large tank with colourful aquarium fish were also donated for the ‘Abhimansala 3’to the value of Rs 80,000/= during the same ceremony.
Senior SLNG-SVU members, SLNG Centre Commandant, Deputy Centre Commandant, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
