The Annual General Meeting of SLNG Seva Vanitha Unit was held on 26 November 2016 at the Regimental Conference Hall, under the auspices of the Colonel of the Regiment and Hon. President - SLNG Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Ruvini Sujeewa Wickramarathne.
To coincide with the event, school items were distributed to 25 children of killed In Action/ Differently abled and serving SLNG members. Gifts were given away to Seva Vanitha Staff who are striving day and night for the upliftment of the association, as per a concept of Hon. Chairman.
An invaluable lecture on leading a contented family life was conducted by an invited lecturer of women’s Resource Centre, Ibbagamuwa.
A beauty culture programme was also conducted by come beauticians of Herb Line Institute - Maharagama.
New office bearers were elected for year 2017 at the meeting.
