SLNG FIRING TEAM SHOWED THEIR SKILLS DURING THE INTER REGIMENT COMBAT SHOOTING COMPETITION - 2023

The Inter Regiment Combat Shooting Competition -2023, organized by the Army Small Arms Association (ASAA), together with the Marksmanship and Sniper Training School (MSTS) at Diyatalawa, was held from 07 to 16 November 2023 for 10 days at 1000m Firing Range Diyatalawa with the participation of 35 teams representing 23 Regiments in the Army under open and novices categories.

SLNG Firing team showcased their colours during shooting competition which was held on 8 November 2023 by securing 5th place of the competition with producing 8 marksmans. Further, 2nd Lieutenant RMA Eranda of 3 SLNG and Sergent Munidasa MA of 16 SLNG were awarded 2nd Runners Up in open division under their respective rank category.
