GUARDIANS CONTINUE ITS HOUSE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

The Commander of the Army as the Chief Guest together with President Army Seva Vanitha unit and SLNG Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs. Janaki Liyanage grace the occasion of handing over full furnished houses build by 5 SLNG on 20 August. The project commenced under the concept of Colonel of the Regiment in view of welfare of war heroes widowed families. The financial assistance provided by Mr. Ajantha Vass Gunasekara with SLNG Seva Vanitha Branch. The first house was handed over to Mrs. Sunitha wife of late Private D.S Shantha living in Kanugahawewa, Kebithigollawa and the second house was handed over to Mrs. D Dineshika Siripala, widow in the civilian family living in Dematamalgama, Thanthirimale.
