The 8 Battalion Sri Lanka national guard (8 SLNG) celebrated its 18th Battalion anniversary on 14 and 15 August 2025 under the guidance of the Commanding Officer.
The Programme including religious observance, commemorative events remembering fallen war heroes and officers and soldiers renewed their commitment to uphold the proud traditions of the battalion and continue their dedicated service to the nation.
