Troops of 6 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) troops serving the 573 Brigade of the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) organized a \'Shramadana\' campaign to clean up the surroundings and the play ground at Vattakachchi Maha Vidyalaya in Kilinochchi on Tuesday (31) before the annual sports meet gets underway shortly.
The Shramadana campaign was organized in response to a request made by the principal to the Commanding Officer of the 6 SLNG. 25 Other Ranks took part in the \'Shramadana\' campaign and cleaned the school premises and the play ground.
After the \'Shramadana\' campaign, the principal on behalf of the teachers and the children of the school extended his gratitude to the Commander of the Army and all personnel of the Army for cleaning the school premises.
