Colonel HPL De Alwis USP Lsc assumed duties as the 26th Commandant of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Training School, on November 21, 2023 amidst religious observances and military formalities.
The incoming commandant was greeted with a Guard Turnout and awarded parade and during the parade he addressed all the Officers and ORs.
