The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Seva Vanitha SLEME Branch was held on 26th September 2023 at RHQ SLEME premises, with participation of more than 60 Members of Seva Vanitha SLEME Branch, including executive board members and senior members.
The AGM, chaired by Mrs. Nanadani Samarakoon, President of Seva Vanitha SLEME Branch who graced the occasion as the chief guest. She was welcomed by the Vice President Mrs. Samanthi Gunasinghe accompanied by the cultural Dancing troops.
The AGM commenced after the welcome speech and soon after traditionally lighting the oil lamp by president and all executive members of Seva Vanitha SLEME Branch. Thereafter exhibited series of welfare projects and activities carried out by the Seva Vanitha SLEME Branch in the past year after, taken up for review and assessment. Then presented previous year budget and the welfare activities and programs to be completed during the year 2023. Finally, the AGM concluded with the vote of thanks speech.
After then Seva Vanitha SLEME Branch get together that followed the formal meeting session which was also attended by the past Presidents of Seva Vanitha SLEME branch and all the members were invited for group photograph.
