SLEME conducts Officers’ training day Program

The Officers training day of Corps of Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for year 2022 was held at RHQ SLEME on 15 September 2022. The training day commenced with the morning PT at 0600hrs followed by a lecture on Sri Lanka Army Doctrine, conducted by Lt Col DLU De Thabrew RWP RSP USP psc from Directorate of Research Concept and Doctrine.

All officers were educated on Officers career progression by Lt Col KCC Mendis USP Lsc, the General Staff Officer I, RHQ SLEME which was highly informative for all Officers.

Later, the Director EME, Brig JARSK Jayasekara USP psc educated all Officers on importance of logistics matters. The program was successfully concluded with the participation of 80 Officers.

The diners’ Club was conducted in the evening session of the trg day with the Dr. P. Nandalal Weerasinghe the Governor – Central Bank of Sri Lanka in interactive way.
